Gift Certificates expire 180 days after purchase unless holder contacts Air Adventures Aloft to renew or be placed on the flight schedule.  Renewal of a Gift Certificate is subject to a renewal charge if expired or in the event that holder fails to schedule flight.  Gift certificate expiration date does not run concurrent with scheduling date expirations.  See scheduling expiration dates below.

 

Vouchers expire 90 days after purchase unless holder contacts Air Adventures Aloft in writing via email at airadventuresaloft@gmail.com.  Promotional value or discount expires with the Voucher.  Vouchers are considered redeemed if purchaser fails to contact Air Adventures Aloft within 90 days of purchase.  Vouchers are also considered redeemed if purchaser fails to respond to communication efforts of Air Adventures Aloft within 90 days of purchase. 

 

Air Adventures aloft shall attempt to contact purchaser within 14 days of purchase and subsequently if contact fails at intervals of 30 days, 60 days and 90 days of purchase.  Contact will be attempted by via electronic mail (email).  If purchaser fails to respond to Air Adventures attempts to contact the purchaser within 90 days of purchase the Voucher is considered redeemed and no refund shall be given.  

 

Vouchers are considered redeemed upon entering the scheduling system for Air Adventures Aloft or upon expiration of the advertised promotional period if no contact is made with airadventures aloft via email.    

 

Vouchers are eligible for renewal for a fee if expired.  The cost to renew an expired voucher is the difference between regular price and the promotional value paid.  The renewal period has an expiration date of 60 days.  Call for details.

 

Vouchers are also considered redeemed upon the expiration of any scheduling dates as follows:

     1)  Being placed on the Air Adventure Flight Schedule must occur within 90 days of purchase.

     2)  The Air Adventure Flight Schedule includes the First Available, Will Call or Confirmed Date Schedule.

     3)  Vouchers are considered redeemed when placed on the schedule in any means as described under Scheduling.

 

Purchased Air Adventures Aloft Flights will expire 90 days from purchase unless placed on the flight schedule in any means per company policies as contained herein.

 

Purchased Air Adventures Aloft Gift Certificates expire 180 days from purchase unless holder is placed on the flight schedule in any means per company policies as contained herein.
 

The maximum time any customer may remain on the First Available or Will Call Schedule without accepting a Confirmed Date Flight shall be 90 days.  The expiration of any purchased Voucher (90 days) does not run concurrent with scheduling expiration dates.

 

First Customer requested rescheduling of a confirmed flight, shall reset the expiration for an additional 90 days from the date of request.

 

Second Customer requested rescheduling of a confirmed flight, if approved by Air Adventures Aloft shall reset the expiration for an additional 60 days from the date of request.   Second Customer request will be handled on a case by case basis using whatever evidence, circumstances or means as deemed appropriate by Air Adventures Aloft. 

 

Weather related rescheduling events resets the expiration date for 90 days without any penalty to the customer.  The number of weather related rescheduling events shall be limitless.  Weather related cancelations and rescheduling come at the discretion of Air Adventures Aloft only.

 

Rescheduling events as the result of Air Adventures Aloft in an emergency or for any reason at no fault to the customer resets the expiration date for 90 days without any penalty to the customer.
